Surface Mount High Current Power Inductors SEP1210E series with 10mm height and provide the inductance value up to 10uH. The construction of this high current, high reliability inductor is not the same as molded type, inside the product, we wind the wire on the rod core, and cover it with the magnetically shielded case. The core material is low core loss and possesses excellent temperature stability. Compare to the molded type of power inductor, this product has the lower dc resistance, and higher Irms (rated current). This surface mount high current inductor has a simple structure, therefore, has better reliability and without a molding process, the wire will not have the risk of damage during the production process. For this high-performance SMD power inductor, 10uH have 10 Amps of saturating current. Furthermore, the leakage of magnetic flux and audible buzzing will always be an important point when doing the design. The process of the molded is utilized the high pressure to let the gap between each particle be as small as possible.
